Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sale periods, new launches, or festive seasons, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
Other Cities and Towns: 3-7 business days
Remote Locations: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or courier service disruptions.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold and will be displayed during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Cabana Hills shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any items are missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the package and products.
