Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was delivered in a tampered package.
  • The item is missing from your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and unboxing images/videos may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale campaigns, unless received damaged or incorrect

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:
    • Order Number
    • Registered Name and Contact Number
    • Reason for Return
    • Photographs or unboxing video of the product and packaging

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Replacement Policy

In case of:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products received
  • Missing items

Cabana Hills may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Cabana Hills reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges before processing any eligible refund.
